You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal use of resources across the business, providing forecasting, planning, scheduling services, and management information.
The day to day role will consist of
*Managing the demand assessment across the business, ensuring the delivery of medium work load projections, resource gap and recruitment.
*Provide exceptional forecasting on a short, medium and long-term basis.
*Deliver effective shift planning, scheduling, and real-time management.
*Build exceptional relationships across the business.
Required Skills and Experience
*Advanced knowledge of the end to end resource planning methodologies and contact centre dynamics.
*Exceptional numerical skills and a strategic thinking with proven ability to work with the current and future operations.
*Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to recruit, lead and develop a high performing team.
